Subject: Rectification of data presented as charts in the annual reportfor 2021

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offering Act - Current andperiodic information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw hereby announces an adjustment to the Management Board report onCD PROJEKT Group and CD PROJEKT S.A. activities for 2021, whichconstitutes part of the consolidated annual report for 2021 and theseparate annual report for 2021, both published on 14 April 2022.

The adjustment to the Management Board report on CD PROJEKT Group and CDPROJEKT S.A. activities for 2021 concerns a chart on page 27, whichpresents the estimated retail sales of Cyberpunk 2077 to gamers(sell-through) in the 2020-2021 period by hardware platform.

The breakdown, as originally published, was as follows:

a) for 2020: PC - 62%, PlayStation 4 - 21%, Xbox One - 17%

b) for 2021: PC - 68%, PlayStation 4 - 10%, Xbox One - 22%

The adjusted breakdown is as follows:

a) for 2020: PC - 56%, PlayStation 4 - 28%, Xbox One - 17%

b) for 2021: PC - 58%, PlayStation 4 - 20%, Xbox One - 22%

The remaining portion of the annual reports for 2021 published by theCompany on 14 April 2022 is left unchanged.

In relation to the above, the Company hereby submits its consolidatedannual report for 2021 and the separate annual report for 2021incorporating the adjustment to the Management Board report on CDPROJEKT Group and CD PROJEKT S.A. activities for 2021.

§ 15 sections 4 and 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance oncurrent and periodic information provided by issuers of securities andon conditions under which information required by legal regulations of anon-Member State may be recognized as equivalent
