Subject: Addendum to the consolidated semiannual financial statement forthe first half of 2022

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering -current and periodic information

The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw ("The Company")

hereby announces an addendum to the consolidated semiannual financialstatement of the CD

PROJEKT Group for the first half of 2022 ("The Semiannual FinancialStatement") published on 7

September 2022, which consists of the erroneously omitted report fromthe review of the

abovementioned semiannual financial statement carried out by GrantThornton Polska Sp. z o.o. sp.

k., a licensed auditor ("The Audit Report"). The remainder of theSemiannual Financial Statement is

left unchanged.

In relation to the foregoing, the Company hereby publishes an updatedversion of the Semiannual

Financial Statement which now incorporates the Audit Report.
