Subject: Shareholders controlling at least 5% of the vote at theExtraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Legal basis: Art. 70 item 3 of the Offerings Act - shareholderscontrolling at least 5% of the vote at the General MeetingTheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the"Company") hereby announces that the following shareholders controlledat least 5% of the vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting of CDPROJEKT S.A. convened on 20 February 2024:

- Marcin Iwin_#769;ski, who held 12.873.520 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 12.873.520 votes, which corresponds to 25,47% of the votesrepresented at the Extraordinary General Meeting, and 12,89% of thetotal number of votes;

- Michał Kicin_#769;ski, who held 9.765.833 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 9.765.833 votes, which corresponds to 19,32% of the votesrepresented at the Extraordinary General Meeting, and 9,77% of the totalnumber of votes;

- Piotr Nielubowicz, who held 6.858.517 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 6.858.517 votes, which corresponds to 13,57% of the votesrepresented at the Extraordinary General Meeting, and 6,86% of the totalnumber of votes;

- Adam Kicin_#769;ski, who held 4.045.901 shares of Company stock andcontrolled 4.045.901 votes, which corresponds to 8,00% of the votesrepresented at the Extraordinary General Meeting, and 4,05% of the totalnumber of votes;

- Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, which held 3.169.000shares of Company stock and controlled 3.169.000 votes, whichcorresponds to 6,27% of the votes represented at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting, and 3,17% of the total number of votes;

- Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", which held 2.898.843shares of Company stock and controlled 2.898.843 votes, whichcorresponds to 5,74% of the votes represented at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting, and 2,90% of the total number of votes.
