Subject:Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of CD PROJEKTS.A.

TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (03-301),Jagiellon_#769;ska 74 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"),hereby announces that on 31 August 2022 it became aware that theDistrict Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th CommercialDepartment of the National Court Register had, on 31 August 2022,registered amendments to the Company's Articles of Associationregarding, among others, changes adjusting its content to the amendmentsof the Act of 15 September 2000 - Commercial Companies Code (uniformtext - Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1467), which are to come into forceon 13 October 2022, i.e. amendments to the Articles of Associationintroduced pursuant to the resolutions no. 22, 23 and 24 of the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company held on 28 June 2022, the adoption ofwhich was announced by the Company in the current report no. 25/2022dated 28 June 2022.

Theconsolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association,acknowledging amendments_#160; adopted by the aforementioned resolutions isprovided as an attachment to this report.
