The estimated unaudited net tangible asset value at 31 July 2016 was $1.52 per unit.
Fund update
As previously announced on 28 July 2016, the Fund has committed US$53.0 million to US Select Private Opportunities Fund III, L.P. (LP).
To date, the LP has made commitments to five underlying investment funds, for a total of US$33.0 million, consisting of DFW Capital Partners V, L.P. (US$7.5 million), Elephant Partners Fund I, L.P. (US$3.0 million), Encore Consumer Capital Fund III, L.P. (US$7.5 million), PeakSpan Capital Fund I, L.P. (US$5.0 million) and Trive Capital Fund II, L.P. (US$10.0 million).
