Merger Proposal Update
E&P Investments Limited, in its capacity as responsible entity ( Responsible Entity ) of CD Private Equity Fund III (ARSN 612 132 813) ( Fund III ), has today released a copy of the Supplementary Explanatory Memorandum and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement.

The documents are expected to be sent to unitholders in accordance with their preferences recorded on Fund III’s register on or around Friday 28 October.
