US Select Private Opportunities Fund II

Fund update
US Select Private Opportunities Fund II ( Fund ) has committed approximately US$67 million (or 99% of total capital) in eight highly attractive US small-to-medium-sized private investment funds.
Walsh & Company Investments Limited, the responsible entity for the Fund ( Responsible Entity ), is very pleased with the investments made to date by the Fund. The Responsible Entity remains positive on the outlook for those segments of the US markets in which the Fund is focused and on the quality and value of the investment opportunities available to the Fund in the near term.
In light of this positive outlook, the Responsible Entity is therefore exploring a number of capital raising initiatives to continue the Fund’s investment strategy and further take advantage of these opportunities. The Responsible Entity intends to advise shortly.
