NTA Update
The estimated unaudited net tangible asset value before withholding tax on unpaid distributions at 30 June 2014 was $1.64 per Unit (31 May 2014 was $1.66* per Unit).
Fund Update
Capital commitment[1]
During June, US Select Private Opportunities Fund II, L.P. (LP) made a capital call for a total consideration of US$10.0 million. At 30 June 2014, the LP had called US$30.0 million (or 44.1% of capital committed). The Fund’s proportionate share is approximately US$25.6 million (an 85.2% share).
Drawdowns[1]
The LP received drawdown requests from High Road Capital Partners Fund II, L.P., Trive Capital Fund I, L.P., RFE Investment Partners VIII, L.P., Tengram Capital Partners Gen2 Fund and U.S. Select Direct Private Equity (US), LP for a net consideration of approximately US$3.3 million. At 30 June 2014, net drawdown requests from underlying investments were approximately US$19.5 million, or 28.6% of total funds committed to the LP.
Current capital raising
On 20 June 2014 the Fund announced a capital raising to be conducted as a Unit Purchase Plan to existing Fund Unitholders as well as a placement of up to 5.0 million units to raise up to an additional $8.5 million (with the ability to accept oversubscriptions). These capital raisings are currently scheduled to close on or around 21 July 2014.
