US Select Private Opportunities Fund II ASX: USG

Fund update

US Select Private Opportunities Fund II ( Fund ) today announces that Kevin Smith has resigned from the board of the Responsible Entity ( Board ).

Alex MacLachlan, Chairman of the Board, said Mr Smith had made a significant contribution to the Fund since its inception this year.

“The Board would like to thank him for his efforts and wish him the best in his future endeavours.”
