US Select Private Opportunities Fund II (ASX: USG)
Notice of Commitment of Funds to US Select Private Opportunities Fund II, L.P. (LP)
Walsh & Company Investments Limited ( Walsh & Co ), in its capacity as responsible entity, is pleased to announce the US Select Private Opportunities Fund II ( Fund ) has committed an amount of US$58 million to the LP. Together with the US$10 million commitment of Cordish Private Ventures, LLC, this brings the total assets of the LP to US$68 million.
Walsh & Co can confirm that the Fund has transferred a total of US$58 million into a US dollar denominated bank account at an average conversion rate of 1.04.
Several investment opportunities have been identified and the Fund expects to provide an update to market shortly.
