Capital Call for US Select Private Opportunities Fund II, LP
US Select Private Opportunities Fund II, LP ( LP ) has made a second capital call, for the consideration of US$10.0 million, to fund upcoming investments and ongoing operating expenses.
The Fund will contribute its 85.2% share, or approximately US$8.5 million, while Cordish Private Ventures and US Select Private Opportunities Fund II, GP will contribute the remaining amount based on their proportional shares.
Inclusive of this capital call, US$20.0 million has now been called for the LP in aggregate, representing approximately 29.4% of committed capital. The Fund’s proportionate share is approximately US$17.0 million.
