ASX Announcement (ASX: USG) US Select Private Opportunities Fund II (Fund) Company Secretary Update

Walsh & Company Investments Limited (Walsh & Co), the responsible entity of the Fund, advises that Simon Barnett has been appointed to the position of Company Secretary of Walsh & Co, effective from 25 June 2015, in replacement for Tristan O’Connell. Mr O’Connell remains a director of Walsh & Co.
