Walsh & Company Investments Limited, as Responsible Entity of US Select Private Opportunities Fund II, advises that Hannah Chan has been appointed Joint Company Secretary.

Hannah has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of NSW and a Master of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Sydney. She is also a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Her current appointments include Company Secretary of Asian Masters Fund Limited, Australian Governance Masters Index Fund Limited and Global Resource Masters Fund Limited.
