NTA and Fund Update – 30 June 2013

NTA update

The estimated unaudited net tangible asset value before withholding tax on unpaid distributions at 30 June 2013 was $1.69* per Unit (31 May 2013 was $1.62 per Unit).

Fund update

At 30 June 2013, US Select Private Opportunities Fund, LP ( LP ) had committed a total of US$63 million (or 90.5% of total capital) in six underlying investments.

Capital calls

At 30 June 2013, total capital called by the LP is US$17.5 million (or 25.2% of capital committed). The Fund’s proportionate share is approximately US$15.0 million (an 85.5% share).

Drawdowns

During the month of June, the LP received two drawdown requests from Trivest Capital Partners ( Trivest ) for total consideration of approximately US$770,000. The first drawdown is to invest in American Covers, Inc. (Handstands), a company founded in 1983, specialising in designing and marketing branded automotive air freshener products sold into retail channels. The second drawdown is to cover partnership expenses and management fees for the third quarter of 2013.

At 30 June 2013, the LP had received net drawdown requests from underlying investments of approximately US$10.9 million, or approximately 15.6% of total LP committed funds.
