Merger Proposal Update

E&P Investments Limited, in its capacity as responsible entity ( Responsible Entity ) of CD Private Equity Fund I (ARSN 158 625 284) ( Fund I ), has today released a copy of a Supplementary Explanatory Memorandum and a Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement for the CD Private Equity Fund (currently CD Private Equity Fund III (ARSN 612 132 813)).

The documents are expected to be sent to unitholders in accordance with their preferences recorded on Fund I’s register on or around Friday 28 October.
