NTA and Fund Update at 31 December 2012
NTA update
The estimated unaudited net tangible asset value before withholding tax on unpaid distributions at 31 December 2012 was $1.53* per Unit (30 November 2012 was $1.53 per Unit).
Fund update
At 31 December 2012, US Select Private Opportunities Fund, LP ( LP ) had four investments, with total commitments currently US$40 million, or approximately 57% of total capital:

Prometheus Partners IV, LP (US$10 million): invests in Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and IHOP nationally franchised restaurants in the United States.

Trivest Partners V, LP (US$10 million): investments in well-run family/founder-owned businesses that seek transitional ownership.

KarpReilly Capital Partners II, LP (US$10 million): invests in premier small to mid-size growth companies, primarily in the consumer sector.

Encore Consumer Capital Fund II, LP (Encore) (US$10 million): invests in companies that have annual revenues between US$10 million and US$100 million and leading positions in attractive segments within the consumer products industry.
To date, approximately US$12.5 million has been called for the LP, or approximately 18.0% of capital committed. The Fund’s proportionate share is approximately US$10.7 million (an 85.5% share).
During December, the LP received a drawdown request from Encore, bringing total drawdowns by Encore to approximately US$2.0 million. The LP has now received drawdown requests from underlying investments totalling approximately 10.5% of total commitments.
