Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to declare a second interim dividend of 3.20 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2020, in substitution for a final dividend. The Company is making this dividend announcement earlier than last year due to the planned issue of Subscription Shares, as announced on 26 November 2020. This makes a full year distribution of 4.60p per share, a 2.22% increase on last year's full year distribution of 4.50p per share and is fully covered by revenue.

Ex-Dividend Date - 4 February 2021

Record Date - 5 February 2021

Payment Date - 5 March 2021
