Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made for a total of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan 2015 and Executive Share Option Scheme 2015. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 10 May 2021.
