In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR 5.6.1), C&C Group plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 January 2024, the issued share capital of the Company is 402,708,890 ordinary shares of €0.01 each. C&C Group plc also holds 9,025,000 ordinary shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 January 2024 is 393,683,890.

The above figure of 393,683,890 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
