Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The Company was notified today by Mr Stephen Glancey that he has transferred his entire holding of 4,170,603 C&C shares to Delldruie Limited a family investment company which is owned and controlled by Mr Glancey and his children.  Mr Glancey received no cash payment as part of this transaction and there has been no change in his notifiable interest in C&C shares.  Following this transaction Mr Glancey, through his and his children's ownership of Delldruie Limited, holds 4,170,603 C&C shares (total percentage holding 1.34%).
