FY2025 Annual Report and 2025 Annual General Meeting

C&C announces that the following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to Shareholders:

1.   Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2025 (the '2025 Annual Report');

2.   2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

3.   Form of Proxy for the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1(R), 6.4.3(R) and 10.6.13(R), a copy of each of the above documents (including the 2025 Annual Report in structured electronic format), as well as a copy of the marked-up version of the Articles of Association and copies of the UK and Irish Save As You Earn ('SAYE Schemes'), have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in unedited full text and will be available shortly for viewing at:   https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
