Appointment of Corporate Brokers

C&C Group plc ('C&C' or the 'Group') is pleased to announce the appointment of Barclays Bank plc ('Barclays') and Numis Securities Limited ('Numis') as joint corporate brokers with immediate effect. Barclays and Numis will work alongside the Group's existing corporate broker, Davy.
