Board Committees Changes

C&C Group plc announces the following changes to the membership of its Board Committees with effect from 24 October 2019:

·    Jim Clerkin, Non-Executive Director, will replace Vincent Crowley, Senior Independent Director, as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

·    Helen Pitcher, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.

Therefore, as from 24 October, the composition of the Group's Board Committees will be as follows:

·    Audit Committee - Emer Finnan (Chairman), Vincent Crowley and Jim Thompson.

·    Remuneration Committee - Helen Pitcher (Chairman), Jill Caseberry and Jim Clerkin.

·    Nomination Committee - Stewart Gilliland (Chairman), Vincent Crowley, Emer Finnan and Helen Pitcher.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 9.6.11 (3) of the FCA Listing Rules.
