Dublin, London, 7 February 2019: C&C Group plc (the "Company") announced today the appointment of Ms Jill Caseberry to the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company hereby makes the following additional disclosures in respect of Ms Caseberry compliance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

Ms Caseberry is currently a non-executive director of Northgate plc and Bellway plc, both publicly quoted companies.

There are no details requiring disclosure in respect of Ms Caseberry under Listing Rule 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Irish Stock Exchange or under listing rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the UK Listing Authority.
