Death of Non-Executive Director

Dublin, London | 21 December 2016: It is with great sadness that C&C Group plc (“C&C”) reports that Rory Macnamara, Non-Executive Director, passed away on 17 December 2016. Rory had served as a Director since January 2016.

C&C Group Chairman, Sir Brian Stewart, said: “We are deeply saddened to announce the death of our colleague Rory Macnamara. He made an inimitable and valued contribution to the C&C Board since his appointment early this year. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.”
