Director Declaration

Dublin, London, 23 November, 2015: C&C Group plc (the "Company") announced today the appointment of Mr Vincent Crowley and Mr Rory Macnamara to the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 1 January, 2016.

The Company hereby makes the following additional disclosures in respect of Mr Crowley and Mr Macnamara in compliance with Rule 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority:

Mr Crowley was a director of Independent News and Media plc from 2012 to 2014 and was a director of APN News & Media Limited, which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and the New Zealand Exchange, from 2009 to May 2015.

Mr Macnamara is currently a director of the following publicly quoted companies Mears Group plc, Augean plc, Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust plc and Alliance Trust plc. 

Mr Macnamara has, in the past five years, previously been a director of the following publicly quoted companies: Essenden plc, Mecom Group plc, Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development plc, Sportingbet plc, Carpathian plc and Private Equity Investor plc.

There are no details requiring disclosure in respect of Mr Crowley or Mr Macnamara under listing rule 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Irish Stock Exchange or under listing rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the UK Listing Authority.
