In november 2013 cBrain informed that The Danish Agency for Governmental IT
Services has established a new cloud center that offers cBrain F2 case and
document management software as a cloud service.

The F2 system is the first application to be offered as a cloud service by the
Danish Agency for Governmental IT Services. When the Danish Agency for
Governmental IT Services has been able to establish the new cloud service, it
is due to the fact that the F2 is a 100% standard software package and
supported by automated version management and upgrade tools and this
fundamentally differentiates F2 compared with traditional case and document
management software.

With the new F2 cloud center the Danish Agency for Governmental IT Services
offers customers a better and cheaper service. The first experiences show a
reduction of operating costs of 35% in average for the authorities who use the
new F2 cloud service.

Furthermore the new F2 cloud center makes it possible for the Danish Agency for
Governmental IT Services to offer an easy and fast implementation of F2 for the
benefit of new Governmental Authorities.

Cloud computing is regarded by many analysts in the software industry as one of
the most important IT industrial trends. At the same time the new F2 cloud at
The Danish Agency for Governmental IT Services is unique, as it is probably one
of the first cloud services worldwide which supports digitization of case
processing and full digital public administration for Governmental Authorities,
including support for mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets.

The successful opening of the new F2 cloud at The Danish Agency for
Governmental IT Services thereby offers cBrain an important cloud reference,
also internationally.

About the Danish Agency for Governmental IT Services

The Agency for Governmental IT Services is an Agency of the Ministry of Finance
group, which provides IT services to 10 ministries and their 11.000 users.

The Agency for Governmental IT Services is responsible for operating an
effective IT support service and for ensuring a high-quality and consistent IT
service across the Government. The main tasks include the development and
harmonization of IT in the Government and providing operational support.

About cBrain F2

cBrain F2 represents a new generation of integrated software for public
administration that supports formal and informal communication (including
social media), document and case management, collaboration, knowledge sharing,
records management and archiving.

So far, 9 Danish Ministries, latest the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the
Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Interior, have chosen to implement F2. In
2011, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Climate & Energy were
awarded the National Digitization Price due to the efficiency gains that the 2
Ministries have achieved as a result of their F2 projects.
