November 5, 2020 – Mr. Jason Garber issues this press release pursuant to Part 3 – Early Warning Requirements of National Instrument 62-103 with respect to CBD Global Sciences Inc. (“ CBD ”).

Mr. Jason Garber has acquired control over an aggregate of 6,867,108 common shares (the “ Shares ”) through the change of directorship of a direct holder of CBD common shares, which shares represent approximately 10.4% of the issued and outstanding voting securities of CBD (non-diluted)) and 330,000 purchase warrants.

In the future, Mr. Garber may acquire, personally or through the corporate holders over which he maintains control and direction, additional securities of the Corporation, dispose of some or all of the securities he now owns or controls, or may continue to hold his current position.
