Completion of In-Specie Distribution
The Company is pleased to advise that the In-Specie Distribution of Newera Uranium Limited (ASX Code: NRU) shares, as approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders held 18 August 2006, has now been completed.
The In-Specie Distribution was made on the basis of one (1) Newera Uranium Limited share for every 5.1377 Cazaly Resources Limited shares held as at the record date being 1 December 2006.
