Cazaly Resources Limited (ASX: CAZ) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Cazaly Resources Limited (‘CAZ’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CAZ, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 18 March 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Cazaly Resources Limited (ASX: CAZ) requests an immediate trading halt over its securities pending the release of an announcement to the market.

The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Monday, 18 March 2019 or upon the release of an announcement, by the Company, regarding a capital raising.

The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
