TRADING HALT

The securities of Cazaly Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 9 May 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Cazaly Resources Limited (ASX: CAZ) requests an immediate trading halt over the Companies securities pending the release of an announcement to the market.

The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 9 May 2017 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising.

The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
