ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Cazaly Resources Limited ( ASX: CAZ, “ Cazaly ” or “ the Company ” ) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jonathan Downes as a new independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Jonathan Charles Downes, BSc (GeoPhys) MAIG, has over 30 years’ experience in the mineral and energy sectors and specialises in project identification and development and has worked in various geological and corporate capacities. Jonathan has experience with nickel, gold and base metals and electrical energy solutions. He has been involved with numerous private and public capital raisings and was a founding director of Galena Mining Limited, Moly Mines Limited, Siberia Mining Corporation Ltd, Kaiser Reef Limited and Wolf Minerals Limited. Each of these companies progressed into mine financing, development and production.

Mr Downes is currently an Executive Director of Kaiser Reef Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Kingwest Resources Limited, Nickel X Limited and Corazon Mining Limited.
