JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Cazaly Resources Ltd would like to announce the appointment of Mr Clive Jones to the position of joint Managing Director to the Company. Mr Jones was previously a non-executive Director of the company.

Mr Jones brings a wealth of experience in the successful management of active exploration to the daily operations of the company. Mr Jones has been actively involved in mineral exploration for a range of companies for 20 years and has previously been on the board of several companies. He is also currently a board member of Jackson Gold Ltd.
