Dear Shareholders,

IMPACT OF COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS ON THE COMPANY’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The shareholder meeting of Cazaly Resources Limited is scheduled to be held at Level 3, 30 Richardson St, West Perth, Western Australia 6005 on 20 November 2020 at 11:00am (WST) ( Meeting ).

The Company is closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 virus in Western Australia and following guidance from the Federal and State Governments. Having considered the current circumstances, the Board considers it will be in a position to hold a physical meeting with appropriate measures in place to comply with the Federal and State Government restrictions that are in place. Accordingly, Shareholders will be able to attend the Meeting in person.

In accordance with temporary modifications to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) via the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (No. 3) 2020, the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting to shareholders. The Notice of Meeting can be viewed and downloaded from the link set out below.

The Company strongly encourages Shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the meeting. Questions should also be submitted in advance of the Meeting as this will provide management with the best opportunity to prepare for the meeting, for example by preparing answers in advance to Shareholders questions. However, votes and questions may also be submitted during the Meeting.
