ASX Announcement AGM 25 November 2013 – Additional Information
Included in the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum for Cazaly Resources Limited AGM were three (3) resolutions for the approval of Issue of Director Options. The terms and conditions of the Director Options included that the exercise price of the options will be equal to 150% of the ASX 5 trading day volume weighted average price per Share prior to the date of the AGM.
The exercise price calculated as at the date of the AGM is $0.180.
