CAVENDISH HYDROGEN ASA: NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

(May 5, 2026 - Oslo, Norway) Cavendish Hydrogen ASA (Cavendish Hydrogen, Oslo Børs ticker: CAVEN) publishes the notice for its annual general meeting.

The Annual General Meeting of Cavendish Hydrogen will take place on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 10:00 (CEST). The Annual General Meeting will be held as a digital meeting only, with no physical attendance for shareholders.
