Cavendish Financial plc (AIM:CAV) has been notified that on 31 January 2025 Julian Morse, Co-Chief Executive Officer, transferred (by way of a simultaneous sale and purchase) a total of 2,911,972 of his beneficially owned ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company into his Self-Invested Personal Pension.

As the transfer did not result in a change in beneficial shareholding, Julian Morse's total shareholding remains at 6,613,019 Ordinary Shares representing 1.71% of the issued share capital of the Company.
