Cavendish announces that Richard Snow, an executive director of the Company and the Group's Chief Operational Officer, will step down from the Board on 31 July 2024.

Lisa Gordon, Chair said:

"Richard joined finnCap Group PLC in May 2020 as CFO and played a key role in the creation of Cavendish, a leading investment bank focused on the mid-market, through its merger with Cenkos Securities plc in September 2023.

Since then, as our Chief Operational Officer, Richard has played a substantial role in our integration and restructuring which has locked in annualised synergies of almost £7m.

The Board understands Richard's desire to pursue a new direction and return to a CFO role.  I would like to thank him for his significant contribution and wish him the very best for the future."
