Cavalier Resources Limited (ASX: CVR) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Cavalier Resources Limited (‘CVR’) will be halted at the request of CVR, pending the release of an announcement by CVR.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 5 September 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

CVR’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

TRADING HALT

Cavalier Resources Limited ( ASX Code: CVR ) requests that a trading halt be placed on its securities immediately pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement to the market regarding a capital raising.

The trading halt will end no later than the commencement of trading on Friday 5 September 2025.

Cavalier Resources Limited is not aware of any reason why the trading halt on the securities should not be granted, nor is there any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
