RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Cavalier Resources Limited ACN 635 842 143 (ASX:CVR) (“the Company”) advises that the following restricted securities will be released from escrow on 17 June 2024.

• 11,552,750 fully paid ordinary shares

• 4,000,000 performance rights expiring 14 June 2026 (unlisted)

• 4,000,000 options exercisable at $0.30 expiring 14 June 2026 (unlisted)

Details of the Company’s restricted securities can be found in the “ASX Market Release - Admission and Quotation” announcement released on 15 June 2022.
