DISPATCH OF ENTITLEMENT OFFER DOCUMENT
Cavalier Resources Limited (ASX: CVR), (' Cavalier ' or 'the Company ') is pleased to confirm that in accordance with the indicative timetable, the non-renounceable entitlement Offer Document together with the accompanying personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form, is being dispatched today, Monday, 30 September 2024.
Shareholders are advised that the entitlement offer under the Offer Document is now open for subscription. Eligible Shareholders can access their personalised Entitlement and Acceptance forms online at https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home
The Offer closes at 2:00pm WST (5.00pm AEDT) on Wednesday, 9 October 2024.
