EXTENSION OF RIGHTS ISSUE TIMETABLE
Cavalier Resources Limited (ASX: CVR), (' Cavalier ' or 'the Company ') is pleased to provide an update to the non-renounceable rights issue timetable previously announced on 19 September 2024 ( Rights Issue ).
The Company has decided to extend the Closing Date to Wednesday, 16 October 2024.
The Rights Issue is open to all eligible shareholders who have a registered address within Australia and New Zealand and who hold shares on the Record Date ( Eligible Shareholders ).
The extension of the Closing Date will provide Eligible Shareholders with additional time to consider the Rights Issue and to complete their application to participate.

The revised indicative timetable for the Rights Issue is set out below:
