Settlement of Rights Issue Shortfall Shares

Cavalier Resources Limited ACN 635 842 143 (ASX:CVR) (“the Company”) is pleased to provide the following update to its announcement on 23 October 2024 “ Rights Issue Closes Strongly Supported .”

The Company advises that the shortfall funds of $0.456 million have now been received from the sophisticated, professional and institutional investors. Accordingly, the shortfall shares will be issued today, Thursday 24 October 2024.

This now completes the $1.735 million rights issue.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of Cavalier Resources Limited.
