RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Cavalier Resources Limited ACN 635 842 143 (ASX:CVR) (“Company”) advises that a total of 1,075,000 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX:CVR) will be released from escrow on 14 June 2023.

Details of the Company’s restricted securities can be found in the “ASX Market Release - Admission and Quotation” announcement released on 15 June 2022.
