Description
Cavalier Resources Limited (‘CVR’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Wednesday, 15 June 2022.
The securities of CVR will commence quotation at 11:00 AM AEST on Friday, 17 June 2022.
CVR raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 4 April 2022 by the issue of 25,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
