IDT INT'L<0167> - Exceptional Turnover Movement The Stock Exchange has received a message from IDT International Limited which is reproduced as follows:- "This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. We have noted today's increase in the trading volume of the shares of the Company and wish to state that we are not aware of any reasons for such increase. The Board has been informed by Mr. Jack William Edouard Heuer, one of the directors of the Company, that he has disposed 1,000,000 shares of the Company in the market today. Mr. Heuer was interested in 5,000,000 shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.25% of the total issued share capital of the Company) immediately before the said disposal and he continues to hold 4,000,000 shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.20% of the total issue share capital of the Company) immediately thereafter. Save as disclosed above, we confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under paragraph 3 of the Listing Agreement, neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by paragraph 2 of the Listing Agreement, which is or may be of a price sensitive nature.
