Catenai PLC (AIM: CTAI), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and technology, announces that further to the announcement on 12 March 2024, Sarfraz ("Saf") Munshi has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company, and Guy Meyer, CEO of the Company has resigned with immediate effect. John Farthing, a Director of the Company has been appointed as interim CEO.
The Board would like to place on record its appreciation of the effort and expertise Mr Meyer has shown in his time on the Board.
Mr Munshi has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. His expertise includes managing and advising hedge funds and clients in global markets, transacting over £1bn of assets in both private and public transactions across a variety of sectors. Sarfraz has a BSc with Honours in Economics in the First Class from the University of Nottingham.
Mr Munshi is an appointed representative of Sanderson Capital Partners Limited ("Sanderson"), the largest single shareholder of the Company with an interest in approximately 25% of the current issued share capital.
Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information is disclosed in respect of Sarfraz Niaz Munshi (aged 33):

Sarfraz Munshi holds no ordinary shares, options or warrants over ordinary shares in the Company.
