RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, we advise that 3,500,000 ordinary shares in Catalyst Metals Limited will be released from voluntary escrow on 28 November 2020.

The restricted securities were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 12 months following a share placement completed in November 2019.
