DIRECTIONS

Details must be included of any benefit paid on behalf of the substantial holder or its associate in relation to the acquisitions, even if they are not paid directly to the person from whom the relevant interest was acquired.

St Barbara Limited’s voting power in Catalyst Metals Limited changed by more than 1% on 15 March 2019 due to a share placement by Catalyst Metals Ltd of 8,680,000 ordinary shares to Gold Exploration Victoria Pty Ltd.
