Corporate Update

Catalyst Metals Limited ( Catalyst or the Company ) (ASX: CYL) advises that it is in confidential discussions with Vango Mining Limited (ASX: VAN) regarding a potential combination transaction where Catalyst is the acquirer. However, as no transaction has been agreed and the discussions are ongoing, Catalyst is not yet in a position to provide further details. There is no certainty that the discussions will lead to a transaction being agreed.

Catalyst will keep the market informed in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
